House Rules
- Property, Furnishings and Equipment. Each vacation home
is privately owned and has been furnished and equipped to
meet basic vacation needs, but no two homes are the same.
- Long Distance Phone Calls. Telephones are included in
some vacation homes for your convenience. All long distance
calls must be charged to your home phone, a telephone credit
card or call collect.
- Items left in Unit. Manzoni Realty, Inc. will not be
responsible for any personal items left in units.
- Occupancy. Occupancy is limited to number in the lease.
Strictly enforced!
- Linens are not furnished in rental units.
- Entry. It may be necessary for us to enter the vacation
home during reasonable hours for repair or care of the
property.
- Owner’s Closet. Any locked closets are reserved for
storage of the owner’s private property. These areas are
absolutely not included in this rental.
- Cleaning Policy. Please follow the cleaning guidelines
in the rental brochure so the family that follows yours will
be able to check into a clean and neat vacation home. You
may be charged a service fee if the home is not thoroughly
cleaned.
- Repairs. Manzoni Realty, Inc. cannot guarantee air
conditioning or other appliances, but if you have a problem,
we will do our best to have the malfunctions repaired as
soon as possible.
- Pets. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
- Cancellations. A reservation canceled prior to arrival
may be refunded less 10% only if the property is re-rented.
- Termination of Rental. Violations of these conditions
and rules may result in the termination of this agreement.
Upon notice of termination, you will be asked to immediately
check out without refund.
- Energy Conservation. Please turn off all lights, AC,
heat and TV and make sure that all water faucets are turned
off when not in use.
- Tentative Reservations. During your vacation, you may
make plans to reserve a vacation home for next year. Owners
have top priority, followed by this year’s renter. If you
have not made a tentative reservation by the time of
checkout, the home may be reserved by anyone on a
first-come, first-serve basis. To make a tentative
reservation, come by our office anytime Monday through
Friday.
- Lock out charge. There will be a $60.00 service charge
if you are locked out of your unit after hours.
- ALL HOMES ARE NON-SMOKING
WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
- Please check to make sure everything is in order. If
there are any problems, please notify us immediately BEFORE
moving in.
- Please check the refrigerator setting. Dial should be on
the middle temperature. Do not overload refrigerator with
warm food. If you must overload the refrigerator, keep the
refrigerator door closed for a minimum of 2 – 4 hours.
- Check for the following items that may be needed during
your stay; salt, pepper, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper,
soap & cleaning compounds.
These items are not provided by the owner or the rental
agent
WHEN YOU LEAVE:

- Vacuum and sweep floors.
- Clean refrigerator of all food and wipe out.
- Clean and wipe stove
- Clean baths thoroughly.
- Empty trash into outside containers.
- Lock all windows and doors.
- Return all keys and report any problems to Manzoni
Realty, Inc.

These are only guidelines. The
owner may have
other rules and regulations posted in the house.
Some rates for specific dates may differ from those in brochure.
Although every precaution has been taken, this brochure may
contain errors. We reserve the right to make necessary
corrections or changes.
